FIT RESERVATION & CANCELLATION TERMS
- Reservations are subject to a retention charge equivalent to 100%, should the booking not materialize or in case of a No Show.
The Retention of 1 night will be charged in case a cancellation is affected within 72 hours prior to the arrival of the guest i.e. the cancellation time will be calculated 72 hours before the arrival time, the arrival time will be 15:00 hrs in all cases. However, this clause is not valid during long weekend and peak festival season at resorts and during high demand period or national convention dates at business hotels. -
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. -
Special Circumstances:
In cases of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the guest, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered.
Guests are encouraged to contact the hotel directly to discuss any extenuating circumstances affecting their travel plans.
